Crawley is closing in on a decision

Four-star cornerback Kenneth Crawley out of Washington (D.C.) H.D. Woodson is closing in on a decision. In fact, the 6-foot-1, 170-pounder is focused on a handful of schools with a decision date coming.
"He's going to make his decision on the 25th of this month," H.D. Woodson assistant Wayne Johnson said. "Right now it's Colorado, Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Maryland and Michigan State. There are a lot of other schools trying to get in."

To date, Crawley has taken one official visit to Colorado on December 9th.
"I can say Colorado is pretty high for him and Georgia is pretty high on the list too," he said. "With Coach Locksley, Maryland is in there as well."
Crawley is apparently between two schools for a visit this weekend prior to the decision.
"He's between Georgia and Ohio State for the visit," he said. "Zach Smith has been recruiting him hard for Ohio State since he took over from Temple. Georgia is playing a big role too.
"I would say right now the teams looking strong are Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma and Maryland. Those are higher because of the coaches and what they have to offer. It's about what they are telling him, playing time and the depth chart. It's also about if he feels comfortable in the system with the defensive coordinator and defensive back coach."
Crawley is still working out a time, but Johnson believes a decision will be made in the afternoon on the 25th.
Meanwhile, Johnson added one last fact about Crawley.
"He's fully qualified," he said. "He got his scores back and is good with his ACT score. He's already a full qualifier."
