Crawley continues to get interest

Richmond (Va.) Huguenot offensive tackle Jonathan Crawley is a massive prospect. The 6-foot-7, 315-pounder is getting attention from numerous schools, but still doesn't hold an offer to date.
"He gets a whole bunch of letters," Huguenot head coach Ron Gundry said. "He's been to Delaware, Penn State and West Virginia.

"You name the school he's gotten a letter from it. All the Virginia schools have spoken to him, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, Miami, Rutgers, Syracuse and Penn State."
Is anyone close to offering?
"Not yet, the only person with any kind of firm offer appears to be Liberty, but I doubt he ends up there," he said. "I think he will start getting offers and hopefully then can make his mind up before school starts back up."
Gundry went on about Crawley as a prospect.
"Obviously he is a big body," he said. "He's unusually fast for his 315-pound frame and 6-foot-8 body. His best days are in front of him. He is a good athlete that throws the football better than my quarterback does. He is the real deal.
"Off the field, he is a great kid from a great family. He's an adequate student and well-grounded."
