Crawford wants to add another

One offer is in the bag but running back Dominique Crawford is not satisfied without at least another that looks to be very close.
Purdue jumped out early and sent their offer to the 5-foot-10, 185-pound two-star runner, but now it appears that Baylor could very well be adding their scholarship to his list.

"I think I'm close on them," Crawford said about Baylor. "I gave them my film last night and they're going to check it out and let me know. If they offered, it would probably shift up my favorites."
The list that would be shifted is the lead that Purdue has held on to for quite some time. With a new offer, Crawford says that it could change. As of now, the Boilermakers still have the edge.
"Yeah they are but it's really because they're the one that's offered and have been on my heavily the whole way," Crawford said. "I just really like them right now. It seems like a good school to go to."
His decision is looking like a Signing Day affair. Official visits are also a bit up in the air at this point. Crawford is planning on taking his trips after his football season has ended. That right now is the priority.
"Well, it's a great season so far being 7-0 overall and 4-0 in district," Crawford said. "I feel like I'm a senior leader on this team because we're really young. I'm showing them what a team leader is supposed to be doing by encouraging them in practice and on every down."
