Cravens close to another offer

Su'a Cravens already has double-digit offers as the 2013 safety establishes himself as one of the top rising juniors in California and the Murrieta (Calif.) Vista Murrieta prospect said another one might be close.
Notre Dame has been showing a lot of interest in Cravens and the 6-foot-1, 205-pound recruit said the Irish could be added to his list soon.

"Notre Dame was supposed to offer me earlier in the summer but they haven't seen my transcripts yet so I don't know what's going on with that," Cravens said. "I'd have to say Notre Dame would be my closest offer."
The Irish would definitely be one of his favorites although Cravens said he hasn't set up any early leaders yet.
"I had been talking to them a lot before but I haven't gotten in contact with them in a while," Cravens said.
"They're a real traditional school and I like the coaching staff. I've been talking to (Mike) Denbrock and I like him. Notre Dame could definitely be a school in my top five or top three later on when I'm a senior."
So far, Arizona, Arkansas, Boise State, Colorado, Hawaii, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pittsburgh, UCLA and Washington have offered Cravens, whose brother, Siaki, plays at Hawaii after stops at Utah and Long Beach City College.
Since it's still so early, Cravens said he has not figured out any top schools yet.
"I haven't picked any favorites," he said.
"It's still too early to choose and I have to do my homework on teams and see how they do this year in football. It's nice to have a lot of options now to narrow it down later."
