Crabtree looks at final three spots

With two official visits set for 6-foot-1, 190-pound Dallas (Texas) Carter athlete Michael Crabtree, the three-star rising prospect is still looking at who will receive his remaining visit slots.
So far Illinois and Kansas are the two teams with their January visits all set. Crabtree, the No. 64 rated athlete in the country, says in one sense the first two visits were set because they were the first ones that called. On the other hand, he is very interested in both teams.

"I like Illinois because that's a team on the rise," Crabtree said. "I mean I'm very interested in Kansas as well, but I don't really know a lot of the schools until I visit. After that, then I can really tell you what I like about them."
In-home visits are getting ready to take place soon. Most coaches have come by the school when Crabtree was around, but he says soon they will be making their way into his home.
One of the in-state offers has peaked up his interest enough to give them a visit as well.
"I'm going to visit (Texas) Tech," Crabtree said. "I've got to get everything set up. I just them because they're close to home and I really like that offense they have."
Crabtree says he hasn't thought about an exact date for a decision.
"It will just happen when it does," he said.
Crabtree is rated as the No. 91 overall prospect in the state of Texas.
