Cox still leaning

One of the top linebackers in the state of Georgia has had a leader for almost the entire recruiting season. So does Miami still lead fro College Park (Ga.) Banneker standout Tyrone Cox?
"You bet they do," Cox said. "I was born a Miami fan. They're still my team, but I need to take my visits to make sure that I'm thinking the right things."

Cox said because his team is still in the state playoffs that he's not lined up any official visits at this time.
He has offers from Georgia, Miami, Florida State, North Carolina, South Carolina, Marshall and Florida. Cox said he's now also considering taking a visit to Hawaii and Oklahoma is also calling him on a regular basis but has not offered him a scholarship.
"Put that in there," Cox said. "They offered me a scholarship too. But that's one place that I'd like to visit. I just have to look at the big picture, and Hawaii is one pretty picture."
Cox had a big impact in Banneker's first round victory.
"I scored on the third play of the game on a long bomb," he said. "It was gorgeous. It was a fingertip catch for 70-yards. I also had two sacks and 12 tackles. It was a sight to see."
