Cowboy pledge still looking
Houston (Texas) Washington Jeremy Broadway continues to receive attention from other schools despite a verbal commitment to one Big 12 South school.
“I haven’t been too busy on the phone today,” the 5-foot-11, 185-pound Broadway said. “I’ve got a game tomorrow, so I’m getting ready to go to sleep. I’ve talked to the schools that called, but I didn’t talk too long. I told them I wanted to get ready for my game.”

The calls started early this morning, with Broadway’s current school of choice calling.
“Oklahoma State called this morning before school,” he said. “Then, tonight Syracuse, Wisconsin, Houston and SMU all called. I’m still pretty committed, but I’m going to look around some.
“I want to take a visit to Oklahoma State, Syracuse and Wisconsin for sure and see what they have to offer me.”
Broadway is ready for action tomorrow.
“Our first game is tomorrow. We need to have a good effort, so we can set the tone for the season. I’m trying to be focused on the game and not let other stuff get in the way.”
