Could Pitt be the place for LB

With Pittsburgh already having a commitment from three-star cornerback Alphonso Smith at Pahokee, Fla., could the Panthers be closing in on another commitment from the talent rich school in the Sunshine State?
“Recruiting is going great, and I’m leaning toward Pittsburgh,” Pahokee two-star outside linebacker Antonio Wilson said. “They already have my cornerback committed there, so it would be great to go there with him.”

Wilson, who is 6-foot-3 and 212 pounds, said Pittsburgh has offered a scholarship and will get an official visit on January 30. But that won’t be his only visit.
He’s already visited Indiana in December and will visit Wake Forest this upcoming weekend, followed by a visit to West Virginia on January 23, a mid-week visit to Mississippi State on January 25 and then Pitt on the final weekend.
“I’m going to take my visits and see what happens, but Pittsburgh looks really good,” he said. “I’ve only been playing football for two years, and I’m just now coming into my own. I want to go to a place that will let me continue to develop.”
