El Dorado Hills (Calif.) Oak Ridge wide receiver Austin Collie just picked up another scholarship offer.

"Austin went to the Washington State junior day over the weekend," Collie's father Scott said. "They talked to him about their program and then told him they were offering him a full ride scholarship to play for them."
The latest offer is the third for the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Collie. The first offer came from Stanford about a month ago.
"Those two and Sacreamento State have offered scholarships," Collie said. "Sacramento State is our local school. We don’t want to dismiss them as they have offered. Schools have a genuine interest when they get to that point and even taking the time to call during the month of May."
The Collie's expect an offer from Brigham Young before too long. Collie's father played at Brigham Young before his professional football career. His older brother, Zachary, also plays for the Cougars.
"Coach (Gary) Crowton has always seemed like he followed a little slower time table on recruiting than most coaches. But I think it has turned to a "when" not an "if" they will offer Austin. They are usually a little slower offering scholarships to recruits who are members of the church."
Collie hopes to have a decision before his senior season gets under way.
"Austin is just taking things as they come. He is not really favoring anyone at this point. It's really going to come down to the fact that he wants to make an early commitment. It's going to matter who all puts their hat in the hopper and allow him to choose among those schools."
