Cormier getting much more interest

Pierre Cormier has three frontrunners but many other programs are getting involved so the San Diego (Calif.) Madison running back is taking things slowly to see which ones might offer moving forward.
The 5-foot-10, 180-pound three-star prospect has Arizona, Boise State and UCLA on the top of his list and he also has offers from Nevada, Oregon State, Purdue, Utah and Washington State.

The Bruins were considered the favorite but Cormier said he doesn't have a leader and that his top three is pretty much even. Interest is coming in from Oregon, USC, Northwestern, Cincinnati, Cal and others.
"I think I'm going to take my time a little bit," Cormier said.
"I think I'm going to have a lot of options, which I kind of do already, but I just want to wait and see all my options. I don't want to pass up a good opportunity when I'm looking at all these schools.
"I'm going to really look at all of them and see which one I feel fits me the best."
The top three is still too close to call.
Cormier definitely likes UCLA a lot and has been impressed with the new coaching staff but he's also grown to like Arizona and Boise State more so the three-star is going to just take his time and see how things play out.
"UCLA is still on the top of my list but I don't necessarily have an order," Cormier said.
"I would say they're about even with Arizona and Boise State. I don't have an order but they're still high on my list and I'm interested in all these schools. I'm looking forward to looking at everyone who's interested in me."
In his junior season, Cormier rushed for 1,471 yards and 20 touchdowns. Rivals.com rates him as the No. 39 running back in the 2013 class.
