Corky Kell Top Performers: WR/TE

Recruiting Wrap: Davis is set to announce in October, with Georgia, Tennessee and Auburn believed to be the main contenders.
Performance: Davis recently shot up 90 spots in the Rivals rankings and if continues to play like he did Friday night, he may move up even higher. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound prospect looks even bigger in pads, and when he got the ball in his hands, it was impossible for one defender to bring him down. On one play in the first half, Davis hauled in a hitch, shed a defender and rolled into the end zone. Davis finished with three catches for 70 yards and a touchdown and also had one carry for 13 yards.

WR
Bryson Armstrong
Marietta (Ga.) Kell
Recruiting Wrap: Armstrong is committed to FCS program Kennesaw State.
Performance: While Armstrong only finished with five catches for 29 yards, he found a way to make an impact all over the field. In addition to his catches, he also returned two punts for touchdowns, each of them from 60 yards or further. He also starred on defense, recovering a fumble and returning it for a touchdown, as well as recording 3.5 tackles and a quarterback sack. Armstrong can do a little bit of everything, and looks to have the talent to be a star with the Owls.

WR
Josh Imatorbhebhe
Suwanee (Ga.) North Gwinnett
Recruiting Wrap: Imatorbhebhe is committed to USC.
Performance: It was a long night for Imatorbhebhe and his North Gwinnett teammates as defending state champion Colquitt County pretty much had their way in the game, but it wasn't for lack of effort from the Rivals250 prospect. He finished with four catches for 68 yards and a touchdown, including a 49-yard touchdown that saw him run through the entire Colquitt secondary. Imatorbhebhe could have used some more touches, but he will have plenty of more opportunities in more competitive games later on in the year.
5
WR
Korey Banks
Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek
Recruiting Wrap: Banks is committed to North Carolina.
Performance: The speedy Banks spent the offseason trying to show he's a defensive back, but the Tar Heels took him as an offensive player. On Friday, he was back at his natural position of wide receiver and looked right at home. He finished with six catches for 63 yards and looked explosive with the ball. Banks will probably play out of the slot in college, and looks to have the skill-set to fit in perfectly at that position.

WR
Tyler Smith (2017)
Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern
Recruiting Wrap: Smith has several offers, with Auburn and Georgia among the early favorites.
Performance: Smith is speedster capable of hitting a home run on the deep ball at any time and had his team needed him a little more, he may have made some more big plays down the field. Even in the blowout victory, he got his chance, hauling in a 41-yard score and having another long TD called back thanks to a holding penalty. The game was out of hand before halftime, but look for Smith to have several more opportunities for big plays this season.

WR
Major Weems (2018)
Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek
Recruiting Wrap: Weems is waiting on his first offer.
Performance: The younger brother of 2015 Marshall signee Delvin Weems, Major looks the part of a major college prospect. Just a sophomore but already 6-foot-3, he has ideal size for an outside wide receiver. He showed off his ability to be a red zone threat, scoring on a 21-yard catch early in the game. He finished with three catches for 36 yards and also averaged 35.5 yards per punt while serving as his team's punter. Weems doesn't have any offers yet, but that will likely change in the near future.
8
WR
Chad Terrell (2017)
Dallas (Ga.) North Paulding
Recruiting Wrap: Terrell is waiting on his first offer.
Performance: Terrell quickly opened some eyes when he scored a 45-yard touchdown just 28 seconds into his team's game against Archer. While that would be the only lead of the game for his squad, Terrell announced himself as a prospect to watch. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver finished with four catches for 90 yards and displayed good strength while dealing with Archer's physical defensive backs. Terrell might be more talented than he realizes and once he plays with more confidence, he could have a breakout season.
9
WR
Tyler Simmons
Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern
Recruiting Wrap: Simmons is nearing a decision, with Alabama and Georgia among his favorites.
Performance: Another offensive player for McEachern whose day ended early, Simmons actually didn't record a reception during Saturday's action. Instead, he took three snaps as a wildcat quarterback near the goal line and managed to find his way into the end zone. Simmons finished the three carries for six yards and one touchdown, while also flashing his trademark speed on special teams, taking one kickoff back 47 yards to set up excellent field position for his team. Simmons has something you can't coach -- elite speed -- and that's why several SEC powers are chasing him.
10
TE
Dylan Autenrieth
Dallas (Ga.) North Paulding
Recruiting Wrap: Autenrieth is committed to N.C. State.
Performance: It was a relatively quiet night for Autenrieth, who plays more of a hybrid wide receiver/tight end role for his high school team. He did help his squad get on the board in the second half when he got a pass, slipped a tackler and jumped through two others at the goal line for a touchdown. The 6-foot-4 prospect finished with three catches for 29 yards while showing soft hands and an ability to find open spaces on the field. He will need to continue to add weight before he can make an impact in the ACC.

ATH
Qwazavia Lee
Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County
Recruiting Wrap: Lee has several offers, including Colorado State, Iowa and Arkansas State.
Performance: The "water bug" moniker is a fitting one for the 5-foot-9 Lee, who makes his impact with his quick feet and excellent burst. The undersized wide receiver can get going in a hurry, making him a tough match up for slower defenders. He had three catches for 40 yards, but if the game weren't so lopsided, he would have had more opportunities. He may not have the size to play at a major program, but his playmaking ability will help him find a college home.
12
WR
Robert Sims (2017)
xxxSCHOOLxxx
Recruiting Wrap: Sims is waiting for his first offer.
Performance: Sims only had one catch on Saturday, but he made it count. The 6-foot-3, 175-pound junior had a 78-yard touchdown reception, displaying both route-running ability and speed in the process. It's a small sample size, but with Sims' size on the outside he's likely to catch the eye of a few programs this fall.
13
WR
Kaleb Slaughter (2017)
Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek
Recruiting Wrap: Slaughter is waiting on his first offer.
Performance: Another one of Sandy Creek's talented young receivers, Slaughter caught two passes for 29 yards in limited action. Despite his lack of numbers, Slaughter showed an ability to get open and more importantly a willingness to block when asked, a necessity for wide receiver hoping to find a college home. The junior is still early in his varsity career, but remains a player to keep an eye on this fall.
