Cook ready to audtion for offers

Like so many quarterbacks at this time of the year, two-star Stone Mountain (Ga.) signal-caller Cordelral Cook is spending his spring auditioning for potential offers during spring practice.
With programs like Rice, UCF, Mississippi State all promising to come by in the coming weeks, Cook will have his chance to earn more offers. So far, Northwestern is the most notable program to offer, but contact between him and the Wildcats has been sparse as of late.

"They said they want me to play quarterback but that was a little while ago," Cook said. "I'm not too familiar with their program."
Cook said he's not afraid to show his stuff to coaches in person and he's confident he'll do well.
"I feel good about the chance to show what I can do," he said. "Most schools want me at quarterback and some as an athlete, but I want to show I can play QB."
The school showing the most interest right now according to Cook is UCF, but the Knights are looking at him to play wide receiver or defensive back.
"UCF has been talking to me the most out of all the schools, even the ones who have offered," Cook said. "I think they'll probably be the next school to offer after they come see me in person."
After coaches get done stopping in to see him, Cook said he's planning a busy summer to return the favor.
"I want to get out and see a lot of schools," he said. "Probably Charlotte, Mississippi State and UCF for sure. I'm trying to go to camps at each of those schools."
