Compton stars sign on dotted line

Compton (Calif.) Community College is keeping up with a tradition of stocking quality athletes in to the Division I ranks. Several of head coach Angelo Jackson's players are expected to put their names on the dotted line with a very impressive list of schools.
According to Jackson, four-star offensive tackle Kevin Myers has signed with LSU, highly touted wide receiver James Finley has inked with Oregon, and defensive back Arthur Giddens along with wide receiver David Sutton look like they've inked with UTEP.

"All of those guys should either have signed or will be in the next hour or so," coach Jakson said about his players. "We also have several guys that may be heading to some smaller schools as well."
Jackson said his top two players are no mystery in both of his four-star prospects Myers and Finley. Ola Dagunduro, the 6-foot-2, 315 pound defensive tackle has yet to make up his mind and that decision may not sort itself until much later.
It appears it was a successful mid-term signing day for Compton Community College with several big names making their decisions permanent to move on to the next level.
