Dwayne Jarrett, the No. 2 athlete in the country as ranked by Rivals.com, has been linked to commitments to Southern Cal and Virginia already. After his most recent official visit, to Ohio State, more commitment rumors have followed. So is he a Buckeye?
"No, I didn't commit," the 6-foot-4, 205-pounder laughed. "Everywhere I go people think I commit. It's crazy."
Jarrett did have a great time on his official visit to Ohio State.

"I was hosted by Roy Hall and everything about that place is awesome," said Jarrett. "The campus, the facilities, the stadium, it was all nice. I didn't commit though, I still have some talking to do with my mom."
Jarrett and his mother drove out to OSU, a seven hour trip. Is that too far?
"No, she likes the drive," he said. "It's down to Ohio State, Virginia and Southern Cal. I'm taking an unofficial visit to Rutgers next weekend, but that's mainly out of respect for coach Schiano. Boston College wants me to visit unofficially too, but I don't think I can squeeze that in."
Jarrett also visited Iowa and Pitt, but both schools are out of the running. So when will he decide?
"Around Signing Day I think," he said. "I won't announce before that."
