Kentucky has landed a commitment from one of the crown jewels in the 2025 class in four-star quarterback Cutter Boley out of Lexington (Ky.) Christian Academy.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound signal-caller is one of the most heralded in-state prospects in quite some, ranked the No. 12 overall prospect and No. 2 quarterback in the 2025 class, according to Rivals.com.

Boley chose to stay home, choosing the Wildcats over a Top 5 that also included Florida State, Michigan, Penn State, and Tennessee.

Kentucky has been aggressively recruiting Boley ever since he camped with the Wildcats nearly two years ago. Liam Coen was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Kentucky back then and after a one-year stint running the Los Angeles Rams offense, Coen is back with the Wildcats and now has his quarterback for the future.

Speaking of the future, that will likely come sooner than later, as Boley is expected to reclassify to the 2024 class and become a mid-year enrollee.

During his sophomore season, Boley threw for 3,901 yards with 36 touchdowns against 15 interceptions while leading his Eagles team to a 9-5 record and an appearance in the Class 2A semifinals.

Boley is scheduled to take an official visit with Kentucky the weekend of June 9th.
