There is an outstanding crop of prospects in the state of North Carolina's 2021 recruiting class and another one of its most promising prospects announced his verbal commitment to the Tar Heels. Rocky Mount, N.C. star defensive lineman Keeshawn Silver went public with his commitment to the in-state program late Tuesday night.
