Size and speed: Hines is 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.45 seconds.
Statistics: Hines made 50 solo tackles and intercepted three passes during his junior season.
Favorite Schools: Colorado
Skinny: After playing quite a bit on the varsity as a sophomore, Hines moved into the starting lineup as a junior and established himself as a college prospect.
"I get mail from Michigan State, Indiana, Colorado, Akron, Duke, and Michigan State," Hines said.
"I like Michigan State and Colorado. I haven't been to either, but I plan to go to Michigan State's camp this summer."
"I'd say Colorado's my favorite. I like their coaching staff."
