Colorado CB still at two offers

Denver (Colo.) Mullen cornerback Grant Crunkleton continues to hold just two offers, but the list of schools recruiting him includes several others.

“I have just the two offers,” the 6-foot, 170-pound Crunkleton said. “Arizona State and Colorado offered quite a while ago and they are still the only ones to have mailed me formal scholarship offers. I also got a verbal offer from Colorado State.”

Several other schools have expressed interest during the spring evaluation period.

“I have gotten phone calls from Kansas State and UCLA in addition to the schools that have offered. I’ve had some good talks with the schools about recruiting and am learning more about them. I don’t really have a school that I would say is the favorite right now. I am just trying to learn what I can about the schools and see what would be the best one for me.”

Crunkleton plans on attending camps at Colorado and Kansas State this summer.

“I will go to the Colorado one-day camp and the Kansas State camp. Those are the only two I am planning on right now.”

As a junior, Crunkleton recorded 102 tackles and nine interceptions.
