Colorado CB returns from first visit

Denver (Colo.) Mullen cornerback Grant Crunkleton took his first official visit over the weekend.
“I had a real good time at Arizona State,” the 6-foot, 170-pound Crunkleton said. “The game was good. I had a good time there watching them win the game. The fans were having a good time.”

Crunkleton got the chance to see the campus and all of the football facilities while he was at Arizona State.
“I like the facilities they have,” he said. “I liked the campus and the way it is set up. It is a nice place. I’m not ready to make a choice, but I had a good time.”
Crunkleton, who plans to play college ball out of state, has plans to visit Oregon, UCLA and Kansas State before making his choice.
“I am going to Oregon and UCLA sometime in December,” he said. “I also will be visiting Kansas State, too. They are a good school and I like the way their defensive backs play.”
No other official visits are scheduled for the three-star rated Crunkleton.
