Collins enjoys Alabama
West Monroe (La.) West Monroe 2017 defensive end Dennis Collins has scholarship offers from Louisiana Tech and Jackson State, and he has already taken a few unofficial visits. His most recent visit was to Tuscaloosa for the Alabama-LSU game.

THE LATEST: Collins has taken unofficial visits to LSU for the Florida game and TCU for the Texas game, and most recently visited Alabama as LSU came to town. He received early offers from Louisiana Tech and Jackson State, and he has also received significant interest from Oklahoma State.
IN HIS WORDS: On his trip to Tuscaloosa: "It was real fun. It was exciting too. It was real, real exciting. It's just a great all around atmosphere. It's just like everybody together on Saturday nights I guess. It was my first time going to a game."
On if the trip lived up to his pregame expectations: "Oh yeah, it surpassed all expectations I thought it was going to be."
WHAT'S NEXT: Collins does not have any visits scheduled, but he is looking at making return trips to LSU and TCU.
