CLASS OF 2021 RANKINGS: Rivals100 | Position | Team | State

1. Sam Howell, North Carolina

Owned in just 20 percent of leagues, Howell has more passing yards than Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence, Ohio State’s Justin Fields and many others. The four-star freshman quarterback has 2,472 passing yards with 26 touchdowns and five picks. North Carolina visits Pitt this weekend and the Panthers have a stingy defense but they also having been playing offensive juggernauts in recent weeks.

2. Skylar Thompson, Kansas State

Thompson has more rushing touchdowns than passing scores this year and that’s quite alright from a fantasy perspective. Owned in just 17 percent of leagues, Thompson is not blowing anybody away with just 1,589 yards with nine touchdowns and an interception, but he has 10 rushing scores, which makes the Kansas State quarterback No. 17 among all quarterbacks in fantasy points.

3. Quentin Harris, Duke

The Duke quarterback is not putting up amazing numbers this season with 1,602 passing yards with 14 touchdowns and eight interceptions but again, Harris is picking up nice fantasy numbers with 418 rushing yards and six scores. The Blue Devils’ next opponent - Syracuse - is allowing more than 30 points per game, which means Harris should be able to move the ball this weekend and post even better fantasy numbers.

4. Tyler Huntley, Utah

Owned in just 16 percent of leagues, Huntley has thrown for 2,062 yards with 11 touchdowns and an interception and he’s added four rushing scores. UCLA has given up 25 passing TDs so far this season so Huntley could have an outstanding showing this weekend. With Utah’s outstanding defense, the Utes’ offense should be on the field often and Huntley should have lots of chances to put up points.

5. Tanner Morgan, Minnesota

Minnesota is coming off a huge upset win over Penn State. The Golden Gophers might have the best receiving corps in the Big Ten. And Morgan is only owned in four percent of leagues? That definitely seems off as Minnesota’s offense is hitting its stride and Morgan has thrown for 2,100 yards with 21 touchdowns and four interceptions. Minnesota visits Iowa this weekend, which is no easy task, but Morgan is playing well and the receivers are playing great so it might be worth a shot.
