Coleman talks Pitt, upcoming visits

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Peabody linebacker Jaylen Coleman was one of the many prospects at Pitt on Saturday to check out the Panthers' spring game.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound linebacker holds offers from Pitt and Toledo.

He was originally planning on visiting Pitt on March 29, but ended up waiting until today to make the short trip to the Big East school.
"I was there today," Coleman confirmed. "It was good. I already knew the coaches so being down there just felt like home.
"I was in the locker room afterwards talking to the players. I talked to coach Keith Patterson, the linebackers coach and the defensive coordinator."
Coleman has also visited Akron, Eastern Michigan and Toledo recently. While he appreciated what the MAC schools had to offer, something about Pitt stands out.
"I really like Pitt's facilities," he explained.
He'll soon have more to compare Pitt to.
This Friday, Coleman will be at West Virginia. Immediately after that he will take a trip to Wisconsin on April 23-24.
