Coleman has goal in mind

Four star cornerback and Ohio State commitment Kurt Coleman out of Clayton (Ohio) Northmont will graduate in January with a goal in mind.
"I think I have a really good chance to come in and play at Ohio State next season," Coleman said. "That's why I'm graduating early. I'll graduate in January and be up at Ohio State in late February. I'll start school spring quarter in late March.
"(Ohio State assistant) Coach Beckman coaches the cornerbacks. He thinks I'll have a chance to play as a freshman."
The 5-foot-11 and 180-pound Coleman has had a first hand look at the Ohio State defense he hopes to play for next season.
"I've been to every home game this season," Coleman said.
However Coleman is not ready for his high school football career to be over just yet.
"We are 7-2," Coleman said. "If we win this weekend we should be in the playoffs."
Though Coleman will be a cornerback for the Buckeyes he is playing free safety and wide receiver this season. He has 87 tackles, three interceptions and over 20 receptions.
Coleman has also returned two punts for touchdowns and one kickoff. He is the No. 11 cornerback prospect in the player rankings and the No. 9 prospect in the state of Ohio.
