Cohen to announce on Wednesday

Florida or Florida State – one school is happy and another is not in the race to land five-star strongside defensive end Joe Cohen of Palm Bay, Fla.
Reached on his cell phone Sunday morning, Cohen confirmed to Rivals100.com that he’s made a decision, already told the two schools and will announce his decision on Wednesday.

“I don’t really have any plans to do anything special,” Cohen said. “I know my coach was talking about doing some sort of pep rally or something tomorrow, but I don’t think I want to do this. I don’t want it to be all about me, because we have a bunch of other guys that are signing too.”
A refreshing thought from one of the nation’s best, who could have easily gotten caught up in the media attention that his recruitment has generated.
As far as to what school he’s going to, Cohen isn’t budging.
“I’ve already made up my mind and told both UF and FSU,” he said. “They said they wouldn’t leak it, and I know that I’m not going to either. I’ll just sign the papers on Wednesday and get it over with.”
Cohen projects as a defensive end in college, but both FSU and UF said he could have a shot at playing running back in college if he wants.
