Coaching change confuses Brown

Moncks Corner (S.C.) Berkeley linebacker Ryan Brown has changed his list based on a recent coaching change.
"South Carolina has always been my favorite school and they were always recruiting me the hardest, but now that coach Strong is gone, everything is mixed up," said the 6-foot-2, 235-pounder regarding the departure of South Carolina defensive coordinator Charlie Strong. "He was my recruiting coach and a big part of why I liked USC. Now he's at Florida so that makes them look better."

Brown hasn't set his official visit with the Gators just yet and hasn't heard from Strong since he made the move.
"I was set to go to Florida on Jan. 24, but now they'll probably be my last visit on Jan. 31," he said. "I have Clemson on Jan. 10, USC on Jan. 17 and now Ohio State on Jan. 24. Florida will probably be my last."
So is there a favorite now?
"No, not really," he said. "I still like USC a lot, but I want to see who they bring in as the new defensive coordinator."
