Pearland, Texas, three-star cornerback Quinton Moore was thought to be torn between Oklahoma State and Houston. The news on Moore is honestly quite shocking since his mother insisted on Sunday that no decision would be made before he took a visit to Stillwater, but Heath said in the end playing in the Big 12 was a factor for Moore.
