Chad Simmons is a Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com. He was the expert on The Next Class on Fox Sports South from 2011-2015. He currently covers Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Rashod Bateman spent the day with the Minnesota coaches, then committed to the Gophers Monday evening. The 6-foot-3, 180 pound wide receiver out of Tifton (Ga.) Tift County has his best football ahead of him. His head coach, Ashley Anders breaks the new Minnesota commit down in this video.
