Coach discusses Delaware DTs decision

Bear (Dela.) Red Lion Christian Academy defensive tackle Angelo Blackson made his selection yesterday. The 6-foot-5, 290-pounder decided to head to the SEC.
"He committed to Auburn," Red Lion Christian Academy head coach Eric Day said. "He really liked Auburn. He visited there in March and it's beautiful."

Day went on about the prospect the Tigers landed.
"He did outstanding for us last year," he stated. "He was one of our leading tacklers, he led the team in sacks and he's just a great football player. He's a tenacious player.
"He's a very aggressive football player too, that's the biggest thing with him. In the football world, he plays violently.
"Off the field, he's a great kid. We do prayer in the morning and he leads us in prayer. He's going to be successful, very successful."
Blackson posted 56 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and seven sacks as a junior.
Also a star basketball player, Blackson averages 28-points per game this past season while earning first team all-conference honors.
