Cliffords offer total rises to seven
Portsmouth's Tyler Clifford is one of the top prospects in southern Ohio. The 6-foot-4 and 215 pound defensive end led his team with 81 tackles and seven sacks during his junior season. Clifford also played tight end and caught 17 passes. He could play defensive end, outside linebacker, or tight end in college.
"I have seven offers now," Clifford said. "Cincinnati, Toledo, Kent State, Akron, Ball State, Central Florida, and Ohio University have offered."

"It's all up in the air right now. I took some visits in the spring. I visited all the ones that have offered except Central Florida and Ball State."
"I'm going down to Cincinnati again on Friday. And I get mail from Ohio State, Michigan, Iowa, a lot of the big schools."
"I don't have a favorite. Like I said, it's all up in the air. I don't think I'm close to deciding anything."
