Clermont Fla. OL is keeping busy

Clermont (Fla.) South Lake’s Carlton Medder is an offensive tackle prospect that has seen his stock on the rise. The pass-blocking specialist has an impressive list of scholarship offers, including Florida State, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina State.

“Right now, I’m neutral,” the 6-foot-4 and 327 pound tackle said. “I didn’t grow up with a favorite team.”
“However, I did visit North Carolina State on November 22nd,” he said. “This weekend I’ll visit Florida State, next weekend I’ll be at Georgia, Florida will be on January 10th and Tennessee will be on January 17th.”
“Hopefully, I will be able to make a decision after I make all five visits,” he said.
Lately, Medder has had a busy recruiting schedule. Things don’t look to slow down for him.
Last weekend, he was one many prospects that took in the annual Florida/Florida State rivalry.
This week, the South Lake high school standout has scheduled in-home visits with coaches from Florida State, North Carolina State and Tennessee.
