Clemons ready for more visits

New Kensington (Pa.) Valley wide receiver Toney Clemons has taken trips to a couple colleges and has two more in mind.
"I went up to Michigan for an unofficial visit," Clemons said. "And I visited Pitt. I plan on going to Rutgers and West Virginia also."

Clemons was impressed with the two trips he has already taken.
"I like the whole campus life at Michigan," he said. "It's a great school with a great football program of course.
"I liked the whole coaching staff at Pitt. There are great people there. The facilities are amazing."
Clemons is not confining his college search to four schools.
"I'm looking at pretty much anyone that shows interest," he said. "I have 15 offers.
"I'm going to take some official visits in the fall. I don't know who, but one will be Colorado."
Among the other schools Clemons mentioned when asked about his offers were Purdue, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Akron and Connecticut.
"I'm looking towards the end of the football season or during basketball season to decide (on a college)," Clemons said.
The 6-foot-2 and 190-pounder has been a varsity starter at both wide receiver and safety since his freshman year. He also returns kickoffs. Clemons caught 39 passes and scored eight times during his junior season.
