Claybon leading team towards title

It's been quite a task for Lufkin, Texas dual-threat quarterback Jeremy Claybon. He's lead his team to an undefeated record and has his teammates eyeing a state championship.
Of course armed with receivers such as four-star Dez Bryant, it may not seem like a big chore for Claybon to get the playmakers the ball. However, his throwing ability has improved and Claybon says he finally feels more comfortable.

"It's been more practice I guess," Claybon said. "It's really whatever I see on my pre-snap reads. If I have to run first, I will. I just feel more comfortable in the pocket now though."
Claybon says that recruiting has remained the same. He still holds three scholarship offers from Houston, Rice, and Tulsa.
"I've been talking to Houston about a visit," Claybon said. "I'll probably take trips after the season."
Claybon, though he's excited about official trips, says that he's not leaning towards one school just yet.
"Not really, they're all about the same to me," Claybon said. "I mean I've got an idea where I want to go, but not to the point where I want to name a favorite – not yet."
