From the beginning, Oklahoma City (Okla.) Douglass Rivals100 presented by Under Armour defensive end Deondre Clark made it clear the SEC was where he wanted to play college football.

He talked about visiting several SEC programs before he made his decision; however, in June, he decided to pull the trigger and commit to longtime leader LSU.
At the time, he cited several reasons for his decision.
"I love defense, and at LSU that's the main thing," Clark told TigerBait.com's Will Weathers. "I want to play in the SEC, and it was a good fit for me."
He also indicated he would probably take other visits, and he named Ole Miss, Alabama, and Georgia as possibilities. On Friday, he checked out one of the three when he made his way to Oxford (Miss.) for a visit to Ole Miss.
"It's overwhelming. I'm really just trying to soak everything in," Clark said. "I got to see their stadium, and I've never been down here. I like their stadium, their workout facilities, and I like their coaching staff and the players."
He does not have any other visits on the schedule, and he admitted the Rebels made him think a little bit. However, he was also quick to state LSU was his school.
"LSU is my school. That's where I'm committed," Clark said. "I'm just out here to still be visiting. They're still recruiting me, so I'm going to allow myself to still be recruited because it's not all done. But LSU is my school."
How solidly is he committed?
Clark wasted little time giving a percentage.
"To LSU, I'm at a 90," Clark said.
Clark is ranked No. 54 in the Rivals100, and he is No. 1 in the Oklahoma Spring Top 15. As a junior, he totaled 99 tackles with 22 sacks for Douglass last season. He also rushed 48 times for 275 yards and four TDs while catching nine passes for 160 yards and three scores.
