Cincy early leader for DB

While Cincinnati is the early favorite to land the services of Miami (Fla.) Gulliver Prep cornerback Brandon Shuman, the class of 2016 recruit is still in the early stages of the process and is holding out for other schools to join the mix.
Shuman would like to hear from Clemson and Florida State, whom he's already had contact with.
"They both like my film and said they'll see me when they come back down," said the 6-foot-1, 178-pound Shuman, who also mentioned his interest in Oklahoma.
The Bearcats are the early leader for Shuman and have his attention.
"Right now, Cincinnati is my favorite offer," He said. "They're the biggest school that's offering me and they have a lot of interest in me. Every time they come down here they watch me during practice and tell me the like me."
Shuman is hoping to visit the Bearcats some time next month. He also has offers from Alcorn State, Florida International and Western Michigan, but says he hasn't heard from those schools after their offers.
"I would love to take visits there too," Shuman said of Alcorn State and Western Michigan.
Shuman will look to pick up more offers this summer as part of Gulliver Prep's camp tour, which will take him to play in front of a number of heavyweight programs including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.
