Longview (Texas) Pine Tree three-star athlete Caleb Chumley is nearing the end of his long recruiting road. He can see the finish line and is ready to cross it.
The journey has not always been smooth, but he is now preparing to wrap everything up and make his final choice.
Entering the final two official visit weekends Chumley has his eyes on two options, and he has plans to make at least one official visit.
"ULM came in today and I'm going to UNT this weekend," Chumley said.
North Texas has offered the 6-foot-6, 225-pound quarterback, his preferred position, and while Louisiana Monroe has yet to offer, they are talking seriously right now.
"They want me to come next weekend, but I have to talk it over with my mom first," Chumley said.
At this point, Chumley does not claim a favorite between the two schools, but he does plan to reach a decision in the next couple of weeks.
