Christian excited with his first offer

Outside linebacker Hodari Christian received his first scholarship offer last week from West Virginia after attending their recent junior day. He is receiving interest from several other programs and will hit the road again this weekend to attend another junior day.
The 6-foot-1, 215-pounder out of McKeesport (Pa.) was still gushing about his most recent visit to West Virginia.

"I felt very comfortable at West Virginia," he said. "I got along very well with the coaches and they liked me enough to offer me a scholarship."
After his visit to Morgantown, Christian was invited to the Penn State junior day last weekend.
"Going to Penn State's Junior Day was kind of a last minute thing," explained Christian. "My coaches told me I should go but something came up."
Penn State and West Virginia are not the only schools that are interested in Christian.
"I've been getting a lot of mail from Pittsburgh, Temple, Wisconsin and Boston College," said Christian. "I haven't really been able to look into these schools yet."
Christian does not have any favorites yet, but a few schools have peaked his interest.
"I really like South Carolina and Stanford," he said. "I think South Carolina has the best defense and you can't go wrong with the academics at Stanford. The biggest thing I look for is academics and if I feel comfortable going to that school."
Christian has another big weekend coming up, as he plans on attending Maryland's junior day this weekend.
