Chism talks visits, leaders

Three-star cornerback Cameron Chism out of Forestville (Md.) Bishop McNamara will be attending his first and likely only camp of the summer this week. The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder plans to stay in-state.
"I'm gong to Maryland's camp on Wednesday," he said. "I haven't planned to go to any others.

"I've been there plenty of times before and just want to go and see the whole campus and find out more about the school from the coaches and get to know them better."
While no more camps are coming up, Chism does plan to take some visits.
"I'm working on scheduling some unofficial visits," he said. "I kind of want to go see Boston College, Maryland North Carolina, Syracuse and Rutgers. I want to check out those programs more."
With so many visits coming up, does the No. 9 prospect in Maryland plan to start narrowing things down?
"I definitely want to take my officials, so I'm thinking I might wait until around Signing Day."
Nevertheless, a few schools are sticking out for Chism at this time.
"It's hard to say, but I am looking at Maryland, Pittsburgh and Boston College right now," he said. "I like their programs and the things the coaches say to me. They all have good coaching staffs too and have been recruiting me pretty hard."
