Chicago 3 star athlete talks visit and more

Chicago, Ill. three star ranked athlete prospect Justin Anderson (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) from Chicago Steinmetz made his first official visit to Northern Illinois University last weekend.
“My official visit to NIU was nice," Anderson said. “I really liked it alot and I'm giving NIU some serious consideration, especially after my official visit."

Anderson talked about his weekend visit to DeKalb.
"I really like the coaches and the players at NIU the most. The coaches are very honest and straight forward, and they tell you how it is with no lies. I like that. The players also seem very cool. They all get along together really well, and you can sense that even before I made my official visit. They have a really good team chemistry at NIU and that's really appealing to me."
Anderson, who ran the Silver Streaks option attack in 2004 as a quarterback, is drawing recruiting looks at another position.
"NIU as well as Ball State and Illinois were all looking at me as either a running back or as a defensive back. NIU is recruiting me as a running back."
So who else will Anderson make official visits with this winter?
"I'm just not sure at this point. Ball State wants me to take an official visit but I'm still trying to work that one out. Illinois had originally offered me, but with the coaching changes I haven't heard much from them lately. I'm just sort of waiting on the Illini for now."
