Spring (Texas) Westfield three-star offensive guard Jeray Chatham was leaning heavily toward Oklahoma State before he took his official visit to Stillwater, Okla., this weekend. While he’s not back yet from his visit yet, word has already traveled back to Houston about Chatham’s intentions.
“I’ve not personally talked to him, but I just talked with his father,” Lucille Chatham, the offensive lineman’s grandmother, said. “But they were really excited and they told us that he went ahead and committed. Yes, that’s what we were told.”
What’s unclear is whether or not Chatham’s commitment is solid because he was scheduled to visit Arizona, Iowa State and Colorado here the next two weeks, including taking a mid-week visit to Arizona on January 13.
“He’ll be home late tonight,” his grandmother said.
