Chase takes SMU official visit
Irving, Texas tight end Vincent Chase committed to SMU in June. He took his official visit to the Dallas campus this weekend.
"My visit went great," the 6-foot-5, 243-pound Chase said. "I really enjoyed it. I met quite a few players. I just felt like I fit in there."

Reports circulated in early December that the three-star rated tight end was going to make some other visits. But, the reports were shot down by Chase.
"I came out quickly and ended those," he said. "I told SMU I wasn't going to and the schools that were trying to get me to, I told them too. The other schools have stopped calling and it has been pretty quiet."
