Chappel still fielding calls

Trotwood (Ohio) Madison defensive back Jovani Chappel committed to Purdue in early October. He made his official visit Nov. 4. But Chappel also made an official visit to Pitt Nov. 11, and talked about possibly visiting Michigan State.
"I'm not going to visit anyone else," Chappel said on Sunday.

Does that mean Chappel is definitely staying with his commitment to the Boilermakers?
"As of right now I'm going to Purdue," he said. "But I'm considering Pitt a little. Both of them call me every week. Both of them have offered."
The 5-foot-9 and 170-pound Chappel made 91 tackles and intercepted three passes during his senior season. He accounted for 950 yards of total offense. Chappel played cornerback, safety, running back, and wide receiver.
Chappel is the No. 37 cornerback prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 20 prospect in the state of Ohio.
