"I received my offer from Washington on Monday (June 23rd)," Fellner said. "I was pretty honored to have an offer from Washington. It is a great university, with a great football tradition.
"I have family that lives in Washington and huge Husky fans," Fellner said. ""I looked up Washington's academic ranking and they are up there with a lot of great universities."
"I have seen (Washington Husky defensive back coach) J.D. Williams and he told me that I remind him of (Indianapolis Colt safety) Matt Giordano, who he coached at Cal," Fellner said. "He told me that Matt (Giordano) is a great player and Coach Williams told me I could play either safety spot."
"I'm pretty sure I will take an official with my Dad in the fall and an unofficial visit with my Mom in the next few weeks," Fellner said. "I could see myself playing football for Washington."
"I'm flattered with all my offers, but I'm keeping my options open."
As a junior, Fellner rushed for 454 yards on 76 carries while averaging 6.0 yards per carry and scoring three rushing touchdowns. He also hauled in 19 receptions for 292 yards and two receiving touchdowns.
On the defensive side of the ball, Fellner racked up 26 tackles, two interceptions and a two forced fumbles.
