Central Florida running back with some big offers

Demetrius Hart is a running back prospect from Orlando Dr. Phillips High School in Central Florida. Hart, 5-8 and 188 pounds, had over 2,000 all-purpose yards last year as a junior and scored 21 touchdowns.
"I played running back, quarterback, wide receiver and returned kicks and punts," Hart said. "I am playing cornerback this season so I will not come off the field. I have really good speed and vision. I am the type of player that reads blocks well. I am a smaller back so I need to learn to absorb hits better. In other words, I need to learn how to not take a hit and that running out of bounds is not a bad thing."

According to Hart he has a slew of scholarship offers. Teams such as Michigan, Miami, Florida State, Florida, Colorado State, Ohio State, Auburn, Ole Miss, Cincinnati, Georgia, Georgia Tech, and Texas Tech have all offered."
"I think Alabama is offering me this week. The first team to offer was Michigan and the last team to offer me was Cincinnati. I wouldn't say I didn't think this would happen but all of this came sooner then I thought."
This past weekend Hart went to Florida State with some teammates for the Seminole junior day.
"I had a fun time. I had a good talk with Jimbo Fisher and met with academic people. We got some special attention. Coach (Rick) Trickett showed us around, we saw some meetings, and got to go on the field."
So with all those scholarship offers does Hart have a leader or a few favorites?
"I am pretty open with everyone. Right now my favorite schools would be Florida, FSU, Michigan, Auburn, Miami, and Cincinnati.
"I have been to Miami. This Friday I am going to Auburn. The week after that I am going to Texas Tech.
"First and foremost I am looking at academics because football doesn't last forever. Playing time, tradition, and game day atmosphere are important too."
