CB Williams solid with the Terps
Just less than a week ago, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha cornerback Michael Williams committed to Maryland. Now, Ralph Friedgen and James Franklin are out and the 5-foot-11, 175-pounder briefly discussed the news.
"I've talked to the assistants a bit and there's been nothing major they've said," he stated. "I'm still committed to Maryland.

"I'm committed just really because of my visit. I've been there for a while and they keep me involved and comfortable at Maryland. I feel like I'm going to go there to play football."
Williams committed to the Terrapins last week over offers from Buffalo, Illinois, Ohio and Towson.
The three-star prospect is rated the No. 18 prospect in Maryland this season.
