CB Scott is ready to decide

Three-star cornerback Tim Scott out of Stafford (Va.) Colonial Forge is closing in on a commitment. The 6-foot-0, 172-pounder is focused on three schools and has a date for a decision.
"I'm committing on Saturday," he said. "I haven't set up a press conference, I plan to decide between North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee.

"Those schools are the ones where I think I can fit best at and excel with my full potential of skills."
The No. 29 cornerback in the nation broke down each of his finalists.
West Virginia: "They are a really good program and Coach Beatty and I have built a really good relationship since I first met him. They have a nice campus and their facilities are very nice."
Tennessee: "Tennessee is in the SEC and they compete against the best every single week. Coach Chaney and I have a nice relationship and it's a nice school overall."
North Carolina: "They are a great school with an amazing campus. They are one of the top academic schools in the nation. North Carolina's defense fits me perfectly and I have a good relationship with the coaches there, they show me a lot of love."
Scott accounted for 1,183 all-purpose yards along with 19 tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, 15 pass breakups and three interceptions as a junior last season.
