CB Hill narrows list to seven schools

Three-star cornerback Cris Hill out of Highland Springs, Va. has cut his list to seven schools. Who has made the cut for the 5-foot-11, 166-pounder and what makes those programs stand out to him?
"I've cut it down to Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Michigan, Ohio State, West Virginia, Florida and possibly North Carolina State," he said. "All of these schools are good programs and known for producing defensive backs and that's a big thing for me. They also all have very good coaching staffs that I'd like to play for."

Does Hill have any favorites?
"I think it's pretty even right now," he said. "I'm actually trying to figure out my official visits. I think I'm going to take two officials after the season to Virginia Tech and Tennessee and then probably the other two during the season will be to Michigan and Ohio State. The fifth visit is up in the air between the last three schools."
On the visits, the No. 17 player in the Commonwealth is hoping to see a few things.
"Basically I just want to see how they do things at each of these schools," he said. "I want to get to know the players and coaches better and see how things are run."
