CB had big night in championship game

It was rumored during the Missouri state championship game, that Curtis Cooper had committed to Arkansas, but that was a mistake by the announcer at the game.
Curtis is definitely not committed anywhere as of this time and in fact, he doesn't have any offers yet.

The 5-foot-11, 180 pound cornerback is hearing from Arkansas, as well as Missouri, Kansas and Kansas State.
"Everything is still really wide open at this time, since I'm just waiting on offers," Cooper said.
He has no official visits set at this time, though he would like to make them to Missouri and Kansas, with no idea where the other three might go.
Curtis Cooper and his fellow Blue Springs High School teammates defeated Hazelwood East High School in the Missouri state championship game on November 23rd by a score of 28-12.
Curtis had one of 19 sacks by the Blue Springs defense in that one game alone and they held nationally ranked running back prospect David Richards to a minus three yards rushing for the game.
For the season Curtis had over 50 tackles, four interceptions with one returned for a touchdown, three sacks, 15 pass breakups, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery as a defensive back.
On the offensive side of the ball as a receiver, Curtis caught three passes for 101 yards and a touchdown in the Championship game.
Curtis is a two sport athlete, as he also runs the 110 high hurdles and 300 intermediate hurdles in track.
