CB Clarke is up to four offers

Frederick (Md.) Tuscarora cornerback Dominic Clarke is on the verge of blowing up following a solid performance at the Penn State Nike Camp. The 5-foot-10, 178-pounder now holds four scholarships and believes more are coming very soon.
"I did pretty well at Penn State," he said. "Of course there are things I need to work on. I've got to watch the receiver more and keep less of an eye on the quarterback.

"I think I did alright in one-on-ones. I didn't get burnt, but was beat a couple times on short routes."
Clarke holds four offers now as he added Richmond and Navy to go along with ones from Virginia and Maryland.
"I think Ohio State might be offering me soon, they really like me a lot," he said. "If they offered that would be big. They are a name that speaks for itself.
"The Stanford coaches have come by the school as well. I'm also hearing from Connecticut, Rutgers and Duke."
Summer is quickly approaching and Clarke is beginning to set plans on where he'll be headed in the coming months.
"I think I'm going up to Syracuse and Connecticut. I want to get down to Clemson and maybe Notre Dame and Boston College. I haven't finalized everything, but those are some of the places I'm thinking about."
What will Clarke be looking for on his upcoming trips?
"I'm looking for diversity, and of course an education," he stated. "Appearance will be big. I want a place where I want to be. Size doesn't make a difference to me, of course the football history and program matter. I want a good team and enthusiastic players. I really want to hear it from the players too. The one big question of course is would I go there if I'm not playing football."
