Cats nab another from Georgia

Joker Phillips and the Kentucky Wildcats picked up their second verbal commitment from a Georgia prospect on Saturday.
Just seconds after getting a commitment from four-star running back Demetrius Goode, wide receiver Terrence Jones of Atlanta Douglass made his pledge to the Cats and Phillips.

"I visited unofficially for the Tennessee game (a 27-8 loss on Nov. 25) a couple of weeks ago and loved the atmosphere," Jones said. "I came back for my official visit this weekend to learn about the players and coaching staff."
The 6-foot-2, 183-pounder put up some impressive physical numbers at the Athens NIKE camp in may, running a 4.48-second 40-yard dash and a 4.12 pro shuttle.
Jones actually gave a soft verbal to the Wildcats staff a week ago, but firmed things up this weekend.
"I am 100 percent committed to Kentucky," he said. "I will not look anywhere to take any visits."
Jones, who caught 21 passes for 532 yards and three touchdowns this season, is Phillips' 13th verbal commitment overall and fifth from the state of Georgia
