Cats land San Diego athlete

The word on the street is that Arizona Wildcats once again found California gold in the fertile football talent factory that is San Diego, California. The word is the Wildcats landed three star athlete prospect from San Diego high, Marcus Hollingsworth (5-11, 195, 4.6).
The Wildcats have had outstanding success over mining San Diego of some of its finest players and if the “word” is correct that Wildcats have succeeded once again capturing one of San Diego’s best prospects.

Though Hollingsworth was his League’s Offensive Player of the Year for the season of 2002 as a utility player, he was recruited by the Wildcats as an athlete.
Hollingsworth will most likely end up as a corner though wide receiver is a possibility.
In an earlier interview San Diego head coach Andy Diaz said about his star athlete, “Defensively he loves to hit, that is why he may end up at free safety but he could also play corner if he ends up on defense in college”.
Hollingsworth is an excellent get for Arizona. Colorado and San Diego State also offered Hollingsworth a scholie.
